West Virginia law requires all campaign donations to be reported to the Secretary of State. Contributions over $50 cannot be made in cash, and donations totaling more than $250 must include the contributor’s name, address, occupation, and employer. State law also limits individual contributions to $2,800 per election (primary and general) to a candidate’s committee. Our campaign follows these laws carefully because transparency and accountability matter. Every contribution helps us connect with voters and build a campaign focused on West Virginia families — and every dollar is reported as required by state law.
